1 LB. BEEF OR PORK
1 ONION
2 CARROTS (chopped)
2 POTATOES (chopped)
1/2 CAN TOMATO PASTE
1 CAN WARM WATER
3T. PEANUT BUTTER
Habanero Peppers
RICE
Fry meat until brown. Add onion and fry. Add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 can tomato paste. Let cook until dissolved. Add about 2 glasses of water, carrots, potatoes, and seasoning(salt, pepper, garlic, peppers). Cool on medium fire for about 15 mins. Add peanut butter and cook until completely dissolved.
Serve over rice.
